HOMESTEADING 2.0
For many years, we lived what most people picture when they think of homesteading—four acres, large gardens, animals, preserving the harvest, and the satisfaction of producing more of what we needed ourselves.
As retirement approached, we began asking ourselves a different question.
What did we want the next twenty or thirty years of our lives to look like?
We wanted less to maintain and more time to enjoy. We wanted to live closer to our children and grandchildren.
We wanted a home that would allow us to age in place comfortably, without one day becoming a burden to the people we love.
Most importantly,
We didn't want to leave the lifestyle we had built.
We simply wanted to reshape it.
